Happy New Year! I’m so excited about 2019. I have HUGE goals set both personally and professionally – more on those later, and I DID NOT SET ONE NEW YEARS RESOLUTION. Wut? Truth, not one.

I did however, set several intentions. The number one intention – progress over perfection.

There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears. – Philippians 1:4-6 MSG

Choosing positive self talk when I start to think negatively about myself. And biggest thing is a healthier way of looking at what I put in my body. High nutrient vs. Low nutrient. No more beating myself up if I choose the cookie. Eat the damn cookie (just not the whole row and not every day 🤣) and move on lol. Going to continue moving that needle mind, body and soul.
